ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow one working day for us to process your order. Expect an email within one hour of your order being shipped to let you know that your order is on the way! Orders are generally shipped within one working day using UK Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We offer international shipping to most international countries. 

International Shipping is charged at £5 per order (regardless of order size or value).

Delivery timelines can vary greatly depending on the destination  - the following are examples only - Europe (4-11 days), Canada/USA (6-14 days), Australia (10-30 days). Delays can sometimes occur if the order is detained at customs.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Calon Glass & Murano Passion are NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the outgoing shipping costs for the return. PLEASE CONTACT US ON THE EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW TO REQUEST A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@muranopassion.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
