Refund policy
If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Calon Glass & Murano Passion (CGMP), you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in their original and unused condition accompanied with the original box.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your original payment method.
If the full order is returned for refund, only standard postage will be refunded. If enhanced delivery is selected by customer - this will not be refunded.
Please follow the return procedure as below:
1. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Please contact us to receive your RMA number (see point 2) prior to posting your return back to us. All return items must be received within 14 days of the RMA issue date.
2. E-mail us at info@muranopassion.com to obtain a RMA number. Please state the reason of return, order reference number and contact name, telephone number and address.
3. Items returned will take up to 14 business days to be processed after CGMP receive them.
4. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes with packing materials.
5. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". CGMP will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. All shipping back to CGMP is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package not on the items original box.
